Position: Billing and Logistics Analyst Description: We are looking for a professional to serve as a Billing and Logistics Analyst in our company. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate invoice issuance, monitoring logistics processes, and contributing to the department's operational efficiency. Responsibilities: * Issue invoices accurately and within established deadlines. * Monitor and analyze logistics processes, identifying opportunities for improvement. * Ensure integrity and accuracy of data related to billing and logistics. * Collaborate with the team to optimize internal processes. * Maintain efficient communication with customers and suppliers. * Provide customer service from delivery deadline definition through post\-sales support, ensuring delivered product compliance; * Freight quotation with carriers; * Coordinate with manufacturing plants and carriers regarding shipment and cargo pickup scheduling, including submission of required documentation (invoice, freight bill); Requirements: * Prior experience in billing and/or logistics. * Proficiency in billing systems and ERP software. * Analytical skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Familiarity with SAP B1 system (preferred)
