Job Summary: The Aircraft Documentation Analyst (UAs) ensures the organization, updating, and regulatory compliance of technical and regulatory documentation to support safe and legally authorized operations. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures traceability of flight records and technical interventions. 2. Controls and archives documents for regulatory compliance (ANAC and DECEA). 3. Guarantees the safety and legality of unmanned aircraft operations. JUNIOR AIRCRAFT DOCUMENTATION ANALYST Unmanned Aircraft UAs **Job Objectives:** The Aircraft Documentation Analyst (Unmanned Aircraft UAs) is primarily responsible for ensuring that all company aircraft-related technical, regulatory, and operational documentation is properly organized, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations issued by competent authorities (ANAC, DECEA, etc.). This professional ensures traceability of flight records, technical interventions, and required certifications to maintain safe and legally compliant operations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Requesting and issuing flight documentation * Aircraft registration with ANAC (provisional responsibility of Procurement/Logistics Department) • Document control and archiving • Regulatory compliance (ANAC and DECEA) • Communication and support • Reporting and updating flight documentation and aircraft registration records * Implementation of new operators RESPONSIBILITIES * Request, issue, and monitor flight documentation, ensuring compliance with ANAC and DECEA requirements. * Manage aircraft registration and renewal with ANAC, maintaining updated and securely archived documentation. * Control and organize all operational and regulatory aircraft documentation, ensuring easy access and traceability Minimum Education: Technical Course * Meal Allowance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance
