A work environment that values organization, proactivity, and analytical ability **ENGECON ABC** We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented professional to work as a **Bidding Analyst** Responsibilities: * In-depth analysis of public tender documents * Organization and verification of legal, tax, and technical documents * Preparation of commercial proposals and cost spreadsheets * Participation in electronic auctions and public sessions (bidding) * Monitoring of bidding processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements * Monitoring contract execution and maintenance ✅ Technical Requirements: * Proven experience with bidding processes * Knowledge of Law No. 14\.133/2021 (New Public Procurement Law) * Experience with electronic auctions and public procurement platforms * Proficiency in tender document analysis * Knowledge of preparing legal, tax, and technical documentation * Ability to prepare cost spreadsheets and commercial proposals * Experience in contract monitoring Behavioral Requirements: * Organization and attention to detail * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proactivity * Responsibility regarding deadlines * Analytical ability and document interpretation Salary and Benefits: * Salary negotiable * Meal Allowance: **R$ 25.00 per day** * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Working Hours: * Monday to Friday * 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (with a 1-hour break) Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Life Insurance
