Then \#EmbarkWithUs **Responsibilities** * Serve as the technical reference in new client implementation projects. * Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and operational workflows. * Ensure scope compliance, adherence to deadlines, and alignment among involved departments. * Perform OBT parameterization according to client policies and rules. * Execute technical configurations in GDS (profiles, queues, PCCs, rules, and operational parameters). * Validate integrations between OBT, GDS, mid/back office, and other systems, ensuring compliance with commercial and operational guidelines. * Plan and execute functional and integrated tests prior to production launch. * Validate end-to-end workflows (booking, ticketing, billing, and reporting). * Ensure technical stability and proactive resolution of inconsistencies before go\-live. * Manage system credentials, access rights, and permissions. * Document configurations and maintain up-to-date technical documentation. * Support process standardization and propose improvements aimed at efficiency and reduced rework. * Conduct technical training and support customers and internal teams during the post-implementation period. * Serve as the technical reference until structured transition to the Support team. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (preferably in Tourism, Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, or related fields). * Prior experience in corporate client implementation, OBT configuration, technical GDS operations, and corporate travel agency processes. * Operational and technical knowledge of GDS (Sabre). * OBT parameterization (Argo and Lemontech). * Knowledge of ticketing, billing, and reconciliation workflows. * Familiarity with system integrations (APIs, web services, CSV/XML layouts). * Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira). * English proficiency is a plus. * Effective communication; * Trust building; * Flexibility and adaptability; * Innovation; * Interpersonal skills; * Service excellence; * Teamwork; * Emotional intelligence; * Self-accountability
