Contribution to a data-driven culture and support for junior analysts São Paulo Brazil Finance, Accounting, Auditing **Job Description \- External Recruitment** **About the Position** The Commodity Risk Management (CRM) team at ADM is responsible for delivering strategic risk analyses and reports to support decision-making across South American operations. We seek a Senior Data Analyst who will collaborate cross-functionally with areas such as Commercial, Logistics, Trading, and Finance, serving as a key contributor in generating insights and supporting leadership. **Key Responsibilities** * Extract, process, and analyze data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, and internal systems); * Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports to support decision-making; * Build analytical and predictive models to support business strategies; * Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance; * Support business areas in defining and monitoring KPIs; * Collaborate with technology and business teams to implement data-oriented solutions; * Document data processes and workflows; * Contribute to fostering a data-driven culture and mentor junior analysts; * Support CRM team needs with recurring analyses and reports. **What We Seek** * Proven experience in data analysis and generating business-relevant insights; * Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R; * Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar); * Knowledge of data modeling and database structures; * Experience with ETL, data pipelines, and automation; * Knowledge of statistics and predictive analytics; * English proficiency for interaction with global teams. **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Experience in trading, risk, or commodities environments. **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical thinking with business acumen; * Ability to translate data into actionable insights; * Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; * Autonomy, proactivity, and ownership mindset; * Attention to detail and focus on quality. **\#IncluindoVocê** Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are foundational pillars of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering exceptional performance.
