Your mission will be to ensure governance, accuracy, and scalability of our analyses, leading the continuous evolution of the team’s business analytics models—with emphasis on performance and results. Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * **Build the future of data:** Conduct historical and statistical data analyses to model future scenarios and anticipate commercial trends. * **Support strategic decisions:** Develop structured management reports and executive presentations to support senior leadership, with clear focus on results and commercial KPIs. * **Partnership and Collaboration:** Work closely with other strategic areas to translate complex data into practical business insights. * **Governance and Accuracy:** Ensure commercial results consistently comply with our internal policies, maintaining robust data quality processes. * **Business Predictability:** Forecast unit performance based on sales funnel behavior and conversion rates, maximizing forecast accuracy. * **Innovation and Automation:** Identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements to analytics routines, implementing automations that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of analyses. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency and practical knowledge of Google Workspace suite. * Solid experience in data analysis, financial/budgetary analysis, and results reconciliation. * Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (preferably Looker Studio or similar solutions). Desirable Requirements **IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD:** * Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Familiarity or proficiency in SQL and Python for database manipulation.
