Job Summary: As a Junior PCP Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the planning and control of rebar and cable production, ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery. Support in inventory management and sales order processing Alubar is hiring a professional to work as a **Junior PCP Analyst** in the company’s **PCP department**, with the position located in **São Paulo** and offering a **hybrid work model**: 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. Main responsibilities include: providing support for Alubar’s rebar and cable production planning and control activities, aligned with customer specifications, ABNT standards, commercial department orders, raw material and machine availability, production conditions, and work instructions — all under the coordination and management of the PCP team. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** Monitor daily rebar and cable production by loading the daily production schedule into the ERP/MRP operational system and company electronic spreadsheets to extract relevant information; Review sales orders received from the commercial department via e\-mail, considering product quantity, type, specification, and delivery date — ensuring timely fulfillment according to agreed deadlines; Record sales orders in productivity summaries and analyze machine utilization, production days, and related inputs; Develop the production schedule, evaluate machine capacity, sequence production days, generate production orders via the ERP/MRP operational system and company electronic spreadsheets, and release them for execution; Monitor and analyze input inventory levels, issuing purchase requests when stock falls below minimum thresholds or according to demand derived from the order book; Perform daily monitoring of process losses using solid load and cable loss reports, analyze KPIs, and notify relevant departments for corrective actions if deviations approach established targets; Conduct daily tracking and analysis of aluminum rebar balance, verifying cumulative production, consumption, daily balance, and projecting remaining balance through month-end; Close daily and monthly reports covering production scheduling, production sequencing, cable and rebar process losses, daily aluminum rebar balance, metal drawing scheduling, and PA rebar load planning. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Preferred Education:** Postgraduate degree / MBA in Administration, Production Management, Engineering, or related fields. **Mandatory Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; data analysis and Power BI. **Preferred Skills:** Knowledge of production planning and control, and agile methodologies. **Mandatory Language:** Advanced English **Preferred Language:** French **National travel availability is required.** **Additional Information** **What We Offer You** Profit-sharing program Meal allowance/ticket with two additional annual top-ups Totalpass Monthly school tuition assistance for children up to age 18 Reimbursement for eyewear, dental prostheses/implants, and chronic-use medications School supplies cost assistance Transportation voucher **with no payroll deduction** Birthday gift card **And other benefits such as:** Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Pharmacy network agreements Alubar Group is a manufacturing industry offering solutions in electrical cables, rebars, and aluminum alloys, operating in electricity transmission and distribution sectors.
