Ensuring efficiency and quality in the shopping experience. **Job Summary – Mid-level E\-commerce Analyst** We are seeking an **E\-commerce Analyst** with an analytical, strategic, and operational profile, responsible for driving growth of the digital channel through optimization of the customer journey, data analysis, and implementation of website improvements. This professional will work both on **e\-commerce performance and growth** and on **daily website operations**, ensuring organization, visual consistency, and efficiency in the shopping experience. **Responsibilities** Performance \& Growth * Analyze performance metrics (conversion rate, CAC, LTV, ROAS, average order value). * Monitor and optimize the customer journey on the website. * Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and propose improvements. * Design and monitor A/B tests. * Propose UX, layout, and product page improvements. * Develop performance reports and dashboards. Marketing \& Commercial * Support traffic acquisition strategies (organic and paid). * Monitor campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives. * Collaborate closely with marketing and commercial teams. E\-commerce Operations * Perform **product listing on the website** (descriptions, categories, attributes). * Upload and organize product images. * Update banners, showcases, and website pages. * Ensure visual consistency and organization of the e\-commerce site. * Monitor publication of collections and new launches. **Hard Skills** * Experience with e\-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, VTEX, Nuvemshop). * Data analysis applied to digital performance. * Knowledge of key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate). * Experience with **Google Analytics (GA4\)**. * Knowledge of **CRO and UX**. * Experience with A/B testing. * Familiarity with paid traffic (Meta Ads, Google Ads). * Experience with **product listing and content management**. * Intermediate/advanced Excel and dashboard development. **Soft Skills** * Analytical and data-driven mindset. * Organized and detail-oriented. * Proactive with a sense of ownership. * Hands-on execution capability. * Strong communication skills across internal departments. * Ability to prioritize between operations and strategy.
