We are looking for a hands-on Cybersecurity Analyst who wants to grow alongside a young, highly specialized technical team, directly contributing to challenging projects across Latin America. **Responsibilities:** * Implement, manage, and support next-generation firewalls (NGFW) * Work with endpoint security solutions (EDR/XDR) * Work with email protection tools * Perform troubleshooting of incidents and changes in customer environments * Participate in technical projects and implementations for LATAM customers * Support continuous improvement of services and processes Here, you won’t be confined to a single role: you actively participate in deliverables and see the direct impact of your work. **Requirements:** * Fluent Spanish (used regularly in meetings with LATAM customers) * Experience in cybersecurity (minimum 1–2 years) * Hands-on experience implementing or supporting security solutions * Technical profile, with autonomy and problem-solving ability **Nice-to-haves:** * Experience with Sophos solutions * Knowledge of other vendors (e.g., SonicWall) * Experience in MSS, SOC, or customer support environments * Participation in implementation projects **Work Model:** * On-site work (hybrid option available after onboarding) * Business hours (9 AM–6 PM) Here, you’ll have room to grow, learn from a strong technical team, and contribute to building new projects and solutions.
