Join us, and get better with every move. **About the Position:** **Our Commercial Team for Mobility Management, Fleet Outsourcing, and Operational Leasing.** We are looking for a Mid-Level Commercial Analyst to work on MOBILITY \& Fleet Management and Outsourcing via long-term rental and operational leasing, providing direct support to Account Managers in serving national and international clients. The role requires strong analytical capability, proficiency in systems, organization, and focus on internal and external customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Address Account Manager requests related to clients * Support servicing and monitoring of national and international accounts * Use systems such as Salesforce for communication and alignment with internal teams * Guide clients on using operational support systems * Access, analyze, and interpret contracts and clauses to support customer service * Clarify contractual questions jointly with the Account Manager * Create vehicle lists according to each client’s profile and needs * Conduct benchmarking against companies in the same sector * Create, process, and analyze data and statistics from collected information * Consolidate databases for generating reports, KPIs, and analyses * Work with operational, commercial, and contractual data * Populate and update fleet management and commercial systems * Create managerial reports and performance analyses * Support preparation of commercial proposals * Collaborate dynamically and results-oriented **We’re Looking For Someone With:** * Preferred experience or exposure in commercial, administrative, or data analysis roles. * Proficiency in working with systems and digital tools. * Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis consolidation. * Strong analytical capability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * English proficiency for interaction with international clients. * Relevant undergraduate degree, currently enrolled or completed **Why Ayvens?** With over 3\.4 million vehicles managed across more than 42 countries, we provide full\-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services and multi\-mobility solutions to customers of all sizes, including large corporates, SMEs, professionals, and private individuals.
