Focus on efficiency, quality, and environmental standards **Job Description:** Coordinate, guide, and supervise the logistics team to ensure operational efficiency; Manage purchase orders, invoices, and material receipt, controlling balances and price validity; Plan and coordinate material delivery, distribution, and storage to prevent production delays; Control inventory and supplies using management systems—including Kanban—and prepare inventories of fixed assets; Supervise equipment and tools, ensuring maintenance, preservation, calibration, and adequate availability; Validate material consumption and ensure received items comply with quality standards and environmental regulations; Manage disposal of waste, recyclable materials, and flammable substances, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance; Participate in construction progress meetings and monitor suppliers regarding deadlines, quality, and deliveries; Negotiate supplies, schedule receipts with suppliers, and coordinate material movement between construction sites; Ensure warehouse organization, preservation, and optimization to prevent losses and support site logistics. **Requirements:** Completed Technology Degree in Logistics or a completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; Desirable: Complementary courses in Lean; Experience in team management and warehouse processes; Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite—Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Desirable: Familiarity with Mega System; Desirable: Complementary courses in Lean Construction. **Benefits:** * Benefits Club * Health Insurance (Unimed) * Mental Health Program * Life Insurance * TotalPass * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher
