Job Summary: A professional responsible for operating machinery and forklifts, handling and organizing warehouse materials, supplying production lines, and ensuring workplace safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate machinery and forklifts to handle materials 2. Organize warehouse layout and ensure material integrity 3. Maintain a clean and safe working environment (5S and Housekeeping) ➢ Follow the Work Instruction for your cell/station. ➢ Operate machinery to bundle aluminum scrap. ➢ Operate forklifts, adhering to maximum stacking limits for packaging. ➢ Drive high-capacity forklifts within warehouses to unload and supply coils to production lines, as directed by leadership. ➢ Unload trucks returning from customers with materials, placing\-them in designated areas for adjustments, cleaning, and inspections. ➢ Identify materials, if necessary, using labels or identification seals. ➢ Locate and verify material positions in the warehouse. ➢ Inspect basic equipment operational items according to checklist. ➢ Organize and adapt layout for material storage, preserving physical integrity and usability according to each material's characteristics. ➢ Assist with loading and various material handling tasks during low-demand periods, except with unauthorized hazardous products. ➢ Supply production lines with materials to ensure pallet production of aluminum cans. ➢ Maintain a clean and safe working environment (5S and/or Housekeeping). ➢ Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Quality Management System, and Human Resources policies.
