Job Summary: Professional to work on system improvement development, test monitoring, system implementation, and IT project management. Key Highlights: 1. Feasibility analysis and user training **Responsibilities**: Collaborate with the team to develop continuous improvements, monitor tests, and implement new systems; lead projects with the IT department; analyze feasibility of new projects and forward them to relevant departments; monitor and train users on the involved systems; and perform other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements**: Prior experience in this role and related sector activities; Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of SQL Server; Availability to work in a hybrid model — 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. **Education**: Completed Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Work Model**: Hybrid — 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. **Salary**: To be negotiated **Benefits**: Meal allowance + Transportation voucher (cannot be substituted with fuel allowance) + Food allowance (R$653/month) + Dental insurance (SulAmerica).
