Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to conduct risk analyses, inspections, training sessions, and occupational health and safety (OHS) document management, driving improvements in the manufacturing environment. Review the requirements below: **Responsibilities:** * Conduct risk analyses and periodic inspections; * Deliver daily Safety Talks (DDS) and support the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA); * Propose safety and health improvements in the manufacturing environment; * Deliver training sessions as per NR-1, NR-6, NR-12, and NR-35; * Manage OHS documentation for employees, third-party contractors, and assembly teams; * Submit integration documentation to clients; * Monitor internal and external construction projects when required; * Schedule medical examinations and conduct onboarding for new employees. **Mandatory Requirements** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Practical experience in OHS routines; * Basic/intermediate Excel skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the industrial sector (metallurgical industry preferred); * Experience managing external construction projects and third-party teams; * Applied knowledge of NR-12, NR-35, and NR-6 in the manufacturing environment. **Benefits:** * Opportunities for professional growth; * Access to the Corporate University for continuous development; * Competitive salary commensurate with the role; * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance or fuel card; * Health insurance; * Wellhub wellness plan; * Exclusive discount partnerships. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:40 AM to 5:28 PM (1-hour break); **Location:** Av.
