If you are a professional who combines strong data analytics with expertise in negotiating across major digital channels, we want to meet you. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Customer Success \& Key Accounts:** Work on the front line with major accounts, ensuring SLA compliance, monitoring stockouts, and order flow. * **Market Intelligence:** Monitor competition and pricing trends, while optimizing brand presence (SEO and Catalog) across marketplace platforms. * **Data Insights:** Turn numbers into strategy by building sales dashboards and presenting results to leadership. * **Internal Alignment:** Collaborate with logistics and marketing departments to align seasonal campaigns and product launches. **What You Need:** * **Digital Expertise:** Practical knowledge of business rules for Amazon, Mercado Livre, and Magalu. * **Academic Background:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Hard Skills:** Advanced Excel proficiency (intermediate/advanced), experience with ERPs (preferably SAP or CRM systems), and BI tools. * **Soft Skills:** Problem-solving orientation, strong verbal communication for strategic meetings, and performance focus. **Benefits Package:** * **Compensation:** CLT-based salary \+ performance-based commission. * **Meals:** Meal Voucher (approx.
