MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly and indirectly manage all food and beverage services offered by the hotel; Select, onboard, and train new employees; Plan activities according to seasonal requirements; Request goods required for production and service delivery; Control departmental purchases, inventory, and stocktaking; Plan and supervise events from contracting through to conclusion. YOUR PROFILE: Completed or ongoing Technical or Higher Education in Hospitality, Gastronomy, Business Administration, or related fields; Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems and/or software from an end-user perspective; Basic/intermediate knowledge of a second language is desirable; Knowledge of Food Safety Standards and HACCP; Relevant experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in medium- or large-scale establishments; Experience working in All-Inclusive systems will be considered an advantage.
