If you enjoy learning, connecting with people, and wish to grow within a solid and recognized network, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide in-person and online support to students, parents/guardians, and prospects; * Manage student re-enrollment processes; * Maintain the school’s management system with updated information; * Manage files (contracts, declarations, terms, etc.); * Verify enrollment and re-enrollment entries and payment plans; * Conduct collections; * Issue service invoices; * Communicate with students, parents, and guardians; * Handle student re-engagement, transfers, enrollment suspensions, and cancellations; * Monitor purchase and delivery of teaching materials; * Manage inventory of office supplies and teaching materials; * Receive installment payments and perform daily cash closing. * Reactivate suspended and canceled students. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service is desirable, preferably in educational environments or free-course schools; * Familiarity with administrative and financial routines—including payment collection, cash control, and document issuance—is desirable; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and data management platforms; * Interpersonal skills: organization, patience, effective communication, and proactivity. **Additional Information** **Transportation Allowance (VT)** **Tuition scholarship** for CNA language courses. **Career and position progression plan;** **Birthday day off**. **About CNA Languages** CNA Languages is a network specializing in English and Spanish instruction with over 50 years of market presence.
