If you enjoy learning, connecting with people, and want to grow within a solid, nationally recognized network, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process student re-enrollments; * Keep the school’s management system updated with accurate information; * Manage files (contracts, declarations, terms, etc.); * Verify enrollment and re-enrollment entries and payment plans; * Perform collections; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior customer service experience is desirable, preferably in educational settings or free-course schools; * Familiarity with administrative and financial routines—including payment processing, cash control, and document issuance—is desirable; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and data management platforms; * Ability to handle recordkeeping, inventory control, and document management. **Additional Information** **Partial or full scholarship** for CNA language courses. **Opportunity for professional growth** within the school and the CNA network. **Birthday day off** (or equivalent practice at the unit). **About CNA Idiomas** CNA Idiomas is an English and Spanish language teaching network with over 50 years of market presence and part of the CNA\+ educational group, serving approximately 400,000 students annually across more than 730 units nationwide.
