Assist in report preparation Provide administrative and operational support to legal and compliance routines, contributing to deadline control, document organization, and process monitoring. Responsible for supporting contract and demand management, updating controls and systems, interacting with internal and external departments, and assisting in report preparation, ensuring organization, traceability, and efficiency of the legal department's activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide administrative and operational support to the legal and compliance routines of the concessionaire. * Monitor deadlines, documents, administrative and judicial proceedings, protocols, and internal demand workflows. * Support the organization of contracts, notices, legal opinions, powers of attorney, correspondence, and other legal documents. * Interact with external law firms, courts, notary offices, public agencies, and internal departments to collect and send information. * Update controls, spreadsheets, systems, and the legal department's document repository. * Support due diligence, audits, internal consultations, and compliance and integrity routines, where applicable. * Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and monitoring materials for the department. * Contribute to organizing, tracing, and improving the efficiency of the legal department's processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Law degree program. * Experience in law firms, legal departments, or administrative legal support is a plus. * Strong organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and deadline management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Proactive, responsible profile with a focus on document quality. * Familiarity with administrative procedures, contracts, and compliance routines is desirable. * Availability for on-site work in Petrolina/PE. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); **VITA Sertão** is the sanitation concessionaire created to drive the development of Pernambuco's Sertão region.
