The **Oven Operator** plays a crucial role in ensuring the final quality of our products by closely monitoring drying/heating processes and guaranteeing compliance with all safety and hygiene standards. Responsibilities and Duties * **Technical Monitoring:** Control temperature, humidity, and dwell time of products inside the oven. * **Loading and Unloading:** Efficiently organize the entry and exit of materials/food items onto carts or trays. * **Quality Control:** Conduct visual inspections and collect samples to ensure the product reaches its optimal condition. * **Record Keeping:** Complete control spreadsheets and daily production reports. * **Basic Maintenance:** Maintain equipment cleanliness and immediately report any technical irregularities. Requirements * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in an industrial environment or machine operation (an advantage if in the food or agricultural sector). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Attentive, organized profile with strong concentration ability.
