Ensuring proper use and maintenance of materials and equipment **GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT \- SERRA TALHADA** Victor Hugo Advogados is seeking a General Services Assistant to maintain cleanliness, organization, and preservation of the workplace environment—contributing to a pleasant, safe, and productive space for employees and clients. Victor Hugo Advogados Associados is a law firm specializing in Social Security Law, serving over 21,000 clients and managing more than 5,000 active cases. We are certified with the Great Place to Work (GPTW) seal for the second consecutive year—a reflection of our strong culture that respects, develops, and embraces all team members. **Main Responsibilities:** * Clean and maintain offices, reception areas, restrooms, kitchenettes, and common areas; * Restock hygiene supplies (paper towels, soap, alcohol-based sanitizer, etc.); * Assist in organizing spaces and supporting simple internal requests; * Prepare and serve coffee, water, and provide meeting support as needed; * Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning materials and equipment; * Report material replenishment needs or equipment maintenance requirements. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail; * Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in corporate or office environments; * Basic knowledge of professional organization and hygiene practices.
