If you are a professional with experience leading maintenance teams, possess strategic vision, and emphasize safety, quality, and high operational performance, this opportunity is for you! * Coordinate operational planning, supervising the entire execution of maintenance scheduling for refrigeration, electrical, hydraulic, and industrial equipment systems to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant implementation; * Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance teams; * Provide technical guidance to subordinates, addressing existing questions to resolve identified issues; * Monitor the development of new technologies and work methods for implementation under the contract, aiming to improve workplace quality; * Coordinate requests for maintenance materials and replacement components, reviewing purchase requisitions submitted to the client; * Prioritize compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations during all activities performed to meet contractual requirements; * Review and propose schedule adjustments jointly with the client when necessary, involving relevant departments; * Participate in meetings with the client to define priorities, receive general instructions, and address matters related to service delivery; * Coordinate the contracting of third-party services relevant to the area, as needed, evaluating the technical scope, service feasibility, and associated costs; * Assess the feasibility of work instructions to be implemented, verifying efficiency, quality, and safety during execution; * Evaluate the performance of subordinates’ work to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, technical, and quality standards; * Conduct root cause and failure analysis using maintenance engineering tools to optimize maintenance plans; * Conduct daily safety meetings (Daily Safety Dialogue); * Provide technical guidance to the team regarding area release procedures for work execution, as well as work commencement authorization in accordance with documentation previously reviewed and approved by the occupational safety technician and client approval; Minimum Education: Technical Course Driver’s License: A, B * Meal Allowance * Medical Assistance * Charter Transportation * Breakfast On-site * Lunch On-site
