Implementation and monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) **How you will contribute to this challenge:** Lead the production team to ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets, acting as a facilitator in the development of team members, and ensuring compliance with the company’s established work and safety regulations and procedures. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Guide assistants and operators in performing their tasks, assigning and monitoring activities, and evaluating task completion during your shift; * Monitor finished goods, tracking volume and quantity according to specifications, as well as ensuring appropriate packaging procedures are followed; * Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conduct related operational training according to schedule, and monitor and evaluate their effectiveness; * Identify and pursue opportunities for improving work methods to optimize production performance against productivity, quality, and cost indicators; * Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and FSSC22000 standards; * Analyze and resolve production-related issues occurring during your shift using the PDCA methodology; * Implement and monitor 5S practices across production lines. **Requirements to apply:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. **You will stand out if you have:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI, as well as knowledge of 5S and GMP; * Technical knowledge of production operations. **What benefits you’ll receive:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * ASA Product Kit; * Meal allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Ticket Plus – Credit enabling purchases at pharmacies and bookstores, directly deducted from your payroll; * Life insurance; * TotalPass; * Annual Profit Sharing (PLR). **Selection process stages:** * Application; * Initial screening; * Interview with Talent Acquisition and Selection; * Behavioral assessment; * Interview with leadership; * Job offer; * Hiring. **Additional information:** **Work location:** On-site at the ASA Belo Jardim/PE plant. **Employment type:** CLT. **Our story is powered by our people** The ASA Group relies on over 1,900 dedicated employees.
