Identify the nature of requests from internal and/or external customers, assisting them when necessary. * Handle bureaucratic matters, verify documentation required for service execution, refer clients to the Medical Examiner's Office (IML), obtain payment slips, and perform other activities necessary to complete customer service and funeral arrangements. * Fill out forms and register information in the system. * Provide support in tasks related to human resources, administration, finance, and logistics. * Assist management with routine administrative tasks. Organize various documents and department files, classifying them according to predefined criteria and archiving them in accordance with department procedures. * Monitor the use of office supplies, identify replacement needs, and request purchases from the responsible person as needed. * Assess material requirements and report them to the local manager.
