Vila Galé seeks to integrate an Executive Chef into its team for the opening of its new hotel in the chain, VG Reserva do Paiva, located in Cabo Santo Agostinho/PE. We guarantee service quality by valuing our employees—always with a smile and dedication—being ALWAYS CLOSE TO YOU! **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Directly manage kitchen teams:** Hot kitchen, Cold kitchen, Pastry, Staff Dining Room, and hygiene areas. Hire, onboard, and train new employees. Manage production costs, waste, and services. Supervise procurement, inventory, and stocktaking. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization within the department. Develop new dishes according to requests from the Executive Chef. **YOUR PROFILE:** Completed or ongoing Technical or Higher Education in Gastronomy, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in computer applications and hotel management systems/software from an end-user perspective. Basic knowledge of technical kitchen terminology in English and/or Spanish. Familiarity with Food Safety Standards, HACCP, and current sanitary legislation. Knowledge of equipment, products, and methods used in large-scale kitchens. Knowledge of national and international cuisines. Leadership experience within the hospitality sector, preferably in medium- and large-scale establishments. Experience with All-Inclusive systems is a plus.
