Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** Responsible for ensuring coconut deliveries to the factory align with the weekly schedule provided by the Agro-Industry department, at optimal cost and according to the plant’s production needs. Manage required documentation for coconut receipt at the factory, coordinate producer confirmations with logistics and transportation teams, and support diverse requests from partner producers. **Your Impact** * Daily operational execution; * Contribute to area budget control; * Support achievement of the service level agreed upon by the company; * Provide operational support to the manager; * Monitor and contribute to BPA (Business Process Analysis); * Ensure production supply; * Support producer requests; * Issue POs, RPAs, and requisitions; * Control Big Bag inventory in operations; * Prospect new transportation providers; * Ensure compliance with Food Safety Policy and requirements of the Food Safety Management System, as well as all other applicable Food Safety policies; * Support implementation and execution of the Food Safety Management System; * Participate in Food Safety Management System committees and teams; * Support management of Quality and Food Safety programs and implementation of new programs; * Seek continuous improvement opportunities for the system; * Ensure compliance with established Food Safety requirements and provide decision-making support to technicians, analysts, and coordinators aligned with business strategy.
