Job Summary: This apprentice will support purchase requests, conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers, and manage order tracking and the procurement dashboard, with a focus on occupational safety. Key Highlights: 1. Receive and process purchase requests with a focus on occupational safety. 2. Conduct quotations, analyses, and negotiations with suppliers. 3. Manage the procurement dashboard and prospect new suppliers. Receive and process purchase requests related to active contracts, including PPE, training, SESMT, freight, equipment without labor, road transportation tickets, and technical reports, with emphasis on the occupational safety sector. · Conduct quotations, purchase analyses, and negotiations with suppliers in accordance with company guidelines and policies. · Prepare and submit approval reports for procurement homologation, including budget savings, negotiation details, and history; forward purchase orders to suppliers and register them in the system. · Monitor demand and deliveries to ensure deadlines are met, in collaboration with operations. · Manage the procurement dashboard by inputting data to generate KPIs and track performance. · Prospect new suppliers, conduct purchase analyses and negotiations, prepare reports, apply critical thinking to meet identified needs, and manage time effectively. · Perform assigned job duties while understanding and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and applying all procedures related to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment; 4. Preferably pursuing undergraduate studies in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields. Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in procurement operations.
