Management of operational processes and training #### **About the position:** * Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring service quality for guests, compliance with operational standards, and proper execution of processes according to hotel standards. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. * Respond to guest requests, providing support to ensure satisfaction. * Monitor cash closing procedures, ensuring payment transactions are recorded correctly. * Manage baggage control, ensuring secure and efficient storage and delivery. * Monitor front desk team performance, assigning tasks according to shift requirements. * Monitor reservation and check-in processes for guests, assisting the team in more complex situations. * Review operational reports related to shift performance and corrective actions, when necessary. * Train the front desk team, ensuring all staff members are up-to-date with hotel procedures and standards. * Support personnel management, including scheduling and leave planning. * Comply with safety regulations and procedures, ensuring the well-being of both staff and guests. * Comply with LGPD regulations: Ensure all guest information is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), maintaining data confidentiality and security. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantageous):** * Training courses (Hotel Management Systems, front desk operational processes, and customer service). * Basic or intermediate English (desirable). #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Salvia (Telemedicine | Tele-specialist) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Birthday day off * On-site meals * Discounts on accommodations within the hotel chain #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Rotating schedule: 12 hours on, 36 hours off
