Contribute to the economic feasibility of projects **About the position** We are seeking Civil Engineering students interested in gaining experience in budgeting and cost analysis within civil construction. The intern will support the Cost Engineering team’s activities, contributing to the preparation, updating, and analysis of budgets throughout project development stages. **Main responsibilities** * Assist in preparing and reviewing Preliminary, Legal, and Executive Budgets, including quantity take-offs and cost compositions; * Enter and monitor infrastructure requisitions and addenda on the extranet; * Support monitoring and control of third-party contractors responsible for budgeting; * Assist in updating budgets according to actual execution; * Support the presentation, training, and delivery of budgets; * Assist in developing budgetary comparisons; * Support conducting financial analyses to assess project economic feasibility and propose improvements. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering undergraduate program, from the 4th semester onward; * Availability to intern for at least 1 year. **Preferred qualifications** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with AutoCAD. **Benefits** * Meal allowance/lunch subsidy; * Transportation allowance; * Birthday day off; * Education incentive; * External partnerships with companies; * Internal events; * Support from the PIPA Institute.
