Human Resources Supervisor

Description

**Responsibilities:** Responsible for monitoring and supervising the activities of the Human Resources team; Execute and monitor the end-to-end selection process, from job description development to hiring completion; Support and conduct high-volume recruitment processes, ensuring quality and agility in meeting staffing demands; Provide support to the People team across various internal requests, collaborating on projects and processes related to people management; Develop and implement internal marketing initiatives to strengthen internal communication and employee engagement; Monitor HR metrics such as turnover and employee satisfaction to ensure a healthy and productive work environment; Coordinate strategic Human Resources initiatives; Conduct and administer psychological assessments during the selection process, analyzing and interpreting results to support hiring decisions; **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology with active CRP registration; Prior experience supervising recruitment processes, preferably in outsourcing service companies; Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; Ability to handle high-volume processes and concurrent demands; Reside in or have easy access to Boa Viagem. **Salary and Benefits:** Salary negotiable \+ Meal allowance (R$21.50 per working day) \+ Transportation allowance \+ Health and dental insurance (50% covered by the company, 50% covered by the employee) Compensation: R$3,000.00 \- R$4,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
