Job Summary: The Welder will be responsible for performing welding on components, metallic structures, and equipment, ensuring integrity, quality, and safety in accordance with technical standards. Key Highlights: 1. Perform welding on components and metallic structures. 2. Prepare surfaces and materials for welding and inspect parts. 3. Operate welding equipment and interpret technical drawings. The **Welder** will be responsible for performing welding on components, metallic structures, and equipment, ensuring process integrity, quality, and safety. They will prepare materials, execute welds, and conduct inspections, adhering to technical standards and internal procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform welding on components and metallic structures according to technical specifications. * Prepare surfaces and materials for welding. * Visually inspect welded parts to ensure process quality. * Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications. * Operate welding equipment and tools (MIG, TIG, shielded metal arc, among others). * Perform repairs, adjustments, and rework as necessary. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Record performed activities in maintenance/production systems. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school with a vocational or technical course in Welding, Industrial Mechanics, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** in industrial, metallurgical, or maintenance welding. **Technical Knowledge:** * Welding processes: MIG/MAG, TIG, and shielded metal arc. * Reading and interpretation of welding drawings and symbols. * Joint preparation and inspection. * Basic knowledge of metallurgy and material properties. * Familiarity with metrology and measuring instruments. **Certifications:** * Welding qualification courses (mandatory). * **NR18** and **NR12** (desirable depending on the work environment). **Preferred Qualifications:** * ASME or SENAI welding certification. * Experience in heavy or railway structure welding. * NR35 (Working at Heights). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail, discipline, teamwork, safety focus, and accountability. **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary * Meal allowance (**R$ 1.090,00**) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Corporate university * Private pension plan * Wellhub * Childcare assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit-sharing program Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.799,98 \- R$3.424,03 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare assistance * Education assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit-sharing program * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
