**ATTORNEY** Victor Hugo Advogados is seeking an ATTORNEY to join its team in SERRA TALHADA \- PE, responsible for case analysis and resolution. Conduct in-person, telephone, or videoconference consultations for procedural advice, initial client intake, instructions for social and medical expert examinations, case reanalysis, and hearings. Victor Hugo Advogados Associados is a law firm specializing in Social Security Law, serving over 21,000 clients and managing more than 5,000 active cases. Key Responsibilities * Assist legal professionals with legal research and document preparation; * Manage and organize case files and documents; * Coordinate appointments; * Communicate with clients and external parties on behalf of the legal team; * Provide administrative support to legal professionals; * Conduct doctrinal and jurisprudential research; * Draft petitions; * File procedural submissions; * Perform case filing and procedural protocoling; * Monitor cases in your ADVBOX profile to prevent missed deadlines for received tasks; * File objections and appeals; * Gather information from public and private entities; Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Law with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Experience in Social Security Law; * Solid legal knowledge; * Proficiency in drafting procedural documents and appeals**;** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital legal tools.
