We are seeking a Junior Marketing Assistant to directly handle the company's communication needs and brand strengthening efforts, contributing to content production, social media management, and execution of institutional and digital marketing initiatives. The professional will be responsible for planning and publishing social media content, creating digital graphics and materials, producing and editing feed posts, stories, and campaign content, monitoring interactions across digital platforms, organizing the posting calendar, and tracking social media metrics and performance. Executing promotional and institutional initiatives, supporting corporate visibility strategies, and developing internal and external communication materials will also be part of the routine. We seek a creative, organized, proactive individual with strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and autonomy to manage departmental tasks with commitment and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of social media, digital marketing, Canva, CapCut, Microsoft Office suite, and digital tools is desirable. Additional advantages include experience in content creation, video editing, copywriting, graphic design, paid traffic, and CRM tools.
