People development and conflict management #### **About the Role:** The Collections Supervisor will ensure the efficient execution of collections routines and processes, consistently achieving established targets. This role requires strategic and operational involvement, with accountability for results, process quality, and people management—leading the team with balance, clarity, and performance orientation. The position is intended for professionals with prior experience in collections leadership who work closely with operations and people, contributing to team development, routine organization, and sustainable delivery of results. Responsibilities include managing diversified portfolios, including vehicle-related collections. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead collections teams, promoting alignment, organization, and focus on results; * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, payment promises, recovery rates, and targets); * Manage the collections queue, prioritizing tasks and optimizing team time; * Design and implement strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes; * Analyze management reports and KPIs using Excel and tracking spreadsheets; * Provide continuous feedback, technical guidance, and support to the team; * Manage people with tact, balance, and firmness—including conflict resolution; * Support ongoing training and identify individual and collective development needs; * Maintain clear communication with the team, coordination, and management; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, sector regulations, and guidelines; * Focus on quality, continuous improvement, and innovation in processes; * Keep the team engaged and productive, even amid challenging goals and tight deadlines. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Managerial Processes, or related fields; * Proven experience in collections operations; * Prior experience leading collections teams; * Consistent track record of meeting goals, KPIs, and results-oriented management; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency and experience with management spreadsheets; * Experience in people and conflict management, demonstrating professionalism and maturity; * Experience managing diversified portfolios; vehicle collections experience is preferred. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Experience in banking collections and large portfolio management; * Training in leadership, people development, or team management; * A consistent history of delivering measurable results. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Pluxee Meal Benefit; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Welhub (formerly Gympass) or TotalPass – discounts at gyms; * Pluxee Cuida e Bem\-Estar – psychological, nutritional, and other wellness support services; * Partnerships with SESC, Veneza Water Park, educational institutions, and leisure parks. #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
