The professional will join Securicenter’s team, a company recently acquired by Positivo Tecnologia, operating in the Electronic Security sector. The role involves conducting commercial negotiations with a focus on closing sales that are mutually beneficial for both the company and the customer. Additional responsibilities include: * Managing and monitoring the customer portfolio, tracking performance and identifying *upsell and cross\-sell* opportunities; * Regularly updating the CRM with relevant customer information and sales status; * Monitoring market trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies as needed; * Participating in company-provided training and capacity-building programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge; * Preparing periodic sales reports, analyzing performance and suggesting improvements; * Providing feedback to management regarding market trends, sales challenges, and customer needs. In addition to strong communication skills, the professional must have: * Proven sales experience, preferably in Electronic Security; * Solid customer service experience, with skills to build and maintain long-term relationships; * Experience negotiating with diverse customer profiles, including small and medium-sized enterprises.
