Analysis and prevention of operational accidents and incidents A railway company is seeking a Yard and Terminal Supervisor in Salgueiro. **Responsibilities:** Manage operational teams and equipment used in yards and terminals. Plan and coordinate all activities related to loading, weighing, unloading, and transshipment of railcars. Ensure achievement of production targets and timely train departures. Organize work schedules, training, and refresher programs for the team. Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and services under responsibility. Issue detailed operational reports and communicate incidents to the Operations Control Center (OCC).
