Job Summary: The Apprentice Youth will develop professional competencies and knowledge in supermarket retail through theoretical training and supervised practical activities. Key Highlights: 1. Merchandise organization and administrative support **Job Objective** To provide young individuals with technical\-professional training through the integration of **theoretical content from the supermarket apprenticeship course** and **supervised practical activities within the company**, thereby developing professional competencies, organizational discipline, basic customer service concepts, and fundamental knowledge of supermarket retail routines. **Main Responsibilities** Among the responsibilities that may be assigned to the Apprentice Youth are: * Assist in **organizing and restocking merchandise on shelves**, under supervision. * Support **checking product expiration dates and organizing items**. * Assist in **picking and verifying merchandise**. * Provide support in **simple administrative tasks**, as assigned. * Collaborate in **organizing the workplace and warehouse**. * Assist in **customer service**, providing basic information. * Support **basic material and product control**. * Follow instructions from the **apprenticeship course**, applying acquired knowledge in practice. * Participate in **training sessions, lectures, and educational activities** organized by the company or the training institution.
