




Job Summary: The Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Assistant supports the planning and scheduling of activities to ensure equipment availability and reliability. Key Highlights: 1. Supports the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities. 2. Monitors and takes action to meet mandatory requirements and standards. 3. Proposes improvements for machines and equipment. The Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Assistant is responsible for supporting the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities, aiming to ensure equipment availability and reliability. Works under supervision, performing operational and administrative tasks related to maintenance control. * Routinely update maintenance indicators, * Routinely conduct and update purchase control in maintenance (purchase requests, delivery schedule status, material arrival status), support maintenance coordination in document control demands and other activities aligned with the Maintenance Management. * Conduct asset registration and maintenance plan processes in the maintenance management system. * Maintain updates of asset registrations and maintenance plans. * Monitor and take actions regarding compliance with mandatory requirements (NRs) and/or other applicable standards. * Plan maintenance for machines and equipment required by Niagro’s production lines. * Schedule and control maintenance activities according to programmed needs and demands requested by departments and approved by management; * Forecast maintenance shutdowns, preferably planning jointly with all NIAGRO department leaders. * Develop maintenance schedules; * Schedule all types of maintenance for machinery and other equipment within the company, implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; * Propose improvements for machines and equipment; * Define inspection routines for machines and equipment; * Prepare charts and reports monitoring routines within the department; * Daily execution of service request activities in the procurement system, issuance and control of relevant documentation; * Receive and control inputs such as oils and greases, monitoring and properly guiding the team on disposal in accordance with environmental regulations; * Contact suppliers of maintenance materials and services, and request quotations aligned with procurement procedures; * Verify fixed asset control at the plant, specifically related to the maintenance area. **Note**: Technical education in Electromechanics or related fields; prior experience in the field required
