




Job Summary: The Maintenance Planner is responsible for scheduling and monitoring maintenance activities for machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Results-oriented and organized As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring maintenance activities for machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with technical procedures, required quality standards, and customer needs. Responsibilities: * Schedule and distribute Work Orders via system to respective personnel. * Identify equipment with maintenance backlog through reports. * Record executed services in the system according to Work Orders. * Compile data and generate maintenance management reports. * Support development of work instructions and technical documentation for new equipment. * Receive and monitor material requests and spare parts procurement. * Report incidents to immediate supervisor. * Comply with safety regulations, participate in DDS (Daily Safety Discussions), and use PPEs. * Safeguard company and customer assets. * Perform other duties related to this position. Technical Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Technology, or related fields). * Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance (mechanical or electrical). * Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution. * Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). * Advanced knowledge of **SAP – PM Module**. * Knowledge of Prometheus ERP, Prometheus Mobile, and GE APM is desirable.
