Development of analytical and communication skills The Supply Chain Management Assistant is responsible for supporting activities related to the export department, from planning to product delivery. This professional collaborates with other company departments to ensure the efficiency and integrity of logistics processes. It is essential that the Supply Chain Management Assistant possesses analytical, organizational, and communication skills to perform their duties with excellence. 1\. Assist in controlling and executing logistics operations from raw material intake to customer product delivery. 2\. Assist in aligning production schedules with sales contracts. 3\. Provide support to comply with import and export policies. 4\. Monitor adherence to logistics deadlines according to executed sales. 5\. Assist in tracking sales from raw material intake to customer delivery. 6\. Support production scheduling in coordination with operations, based on sales planning. 7\. Help maintain communication with customers, providing updates on delivery status. 8\. Assist in monitoring shipments of sold products. 9\. Participate in the export process, handling the issuance and dispatch of original documents (invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists, transport waybills). 10\. Analyze and prepare documentation required by customs brokers. 11\. Track invoice payments, recording receipts and internal controls. 12\. Assist in preparing reports on departmental activity, including payment schedules, receipts, and processed volume. 13\. Maintain relationships with commercial partners, negotiating rates for logistics services. 14\. Schedule sample shipments to customers. 15\. Assist in organizing documentation for tax collection. 16\. Participate in meetings with commercial partners and internal meetings for logistics follow-up. **Note**: A bachelor's degree in International Trade or related fields / experience in this area is a **plus**
