Monitor tax and registry compliance Description: We are seeking a professional to work as a Corporate Analyst in our company. The analyst will be responsible for all activities related to the corporate area, ensuring compliance with all the company's legal and regulatory obligations. Responsibilities: * Prepare and register corporate acts (incorporation, amendments, dissolution) * Manage licensing deadlines with regulatory agencies (Municipalities, ANVISA, Councils) * Monitor tax and registry compliance (CNPJ, Registrations), anticipating pending issues * Resolve bureaucratic obstacles promptly and with a sense of urgency * Provide client support for corporate-related requests (company incorporation and amendments, issuance of permits and certificates) Requirements: * Degree in Accounting Sciences, currently enrolled from the 5th semester onward, or completed, or related fields * Prior experience in the corporate area * Knowledge of corporate legislation and relevant regulations * Proficiency in managing corporate documents and processes * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organized and detail-oriented
