Bonus: Experience working in startups or scale-ups **Your Role in the Company:** Provide chat-based support to clarify doubts, resolve issues, and guide customers on system usage. Ensure clear and efficient communication, prioritizing customer experience during interactions. Identify opportunities to improve support processes and suggest enhancements. Log and categorize interactions in the support system, keeping records up to date. Assist in creating and updating user guides and FAQs to facilitate customer software adoption. Make phone calls to customers. Record training sessions and create documentation to improve customer understanding.
