The company is seeking a Senior Support Analyst in Mogi das Cruzes (Vila Cintra). **Responsibilities:** Handle and log tickets related to the TMS system. Perform in-depth analysis of incidents and requests. Support users in system usage and resolve complex queries. Investigate and resolve systemic issues, escalating only when necessary. Document procedures, solutions, and best practices. Collaborate with operational areas, IT, and development teams for continuous system improvement. Contribute to optimizing TMS-related processes and ERP integration. Participate in training sessions and guide new users on system usage.
