




Job Summary: Process Specialist I focused on Reliability and Asset Management to strengthen the equipment reliability strategy, working on failure analysis and advancing maintenance practices. The Process Specialist I role with a focus on Reliability and Asset Management will primarily aim to strengthen the equipment reliability strategy at the Escada unit, performing failure analysis, eliminating losses related to unavailability, and advancing maintenance practices. The professional will be responsible for conducting technical analyses, structuring reliability improvement plans, and supporting the evolution of industrial asset management. The candidate is expected to have experience with operational excellence methodologies such as WCM or TPM, particularly in the Professional Maintenance pillar, contributing to increased operational availability, reduced unplanned stoppages, and improved industrial asset performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct structured analyses of equipment failures and losses using problem-solving methodologies. * Lead initiatives aimed at improving the reliability and availability of industrial assets. * Support the evolution of the unit’s preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategy. * Work to eliminate chronic equipment and production process failures. * Analyze maintenance and reliability indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, availability, and failure recurrence. * Lead technical improvement projects related to reducing unplanned stoppages and increasing equipment efficiency. * Support the implementation and evolution of practices within the Professional Maintenance pillar under the WCM methodology. * Collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams to identify and eliminate equipment-related losses. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in maintenance engineering, reliability, or industrial asset management. * Experience in structured failure analysis and elimination of losses in industrial equipment. * Knowledge of reliability and maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability). * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as WCM, TPM, or Lean Manufacturing. * Strong analytical capability and hands-on experience working directly on the shop floor. * Willingness to work 100% onsite in Escada. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience leading or supporting WCM pillars, especially Professional Maintenance. * Experience with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM). * Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis). * Experience with SAP PM or other maintenance management systems. * Experience in manufacturing industry. **Additional Information** **We care about the well-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit-sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
