The professional will be responsible for providing remote and on-site technical support, conducting external service visits and traveling when necessary, ensuring proper operation of installed equipment and systems. **Requirements** * Driver's license categories AB * Availability for external service visits and travel * Basic knowledge of electrical systems * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics * Diagnosis of faults in wiring harnesses, connectors, and electronic devices * Use of multimeters and electronic diagnostic tools * Basic computer skills (Office Suite) * Basic knowledge of forklift or industrial equipment maintenance will be considered an advantage **Main Responsibilities** * Install and configure telemetry systems on forklifts and electric pallet jacks * Provide remote and on-site technical support for customers' equipment * Diagnose communication and system operational faults * Conduct functional tests and validation with the customer * Guide customers on using the platform and installed systems * Identify and suggest technical improvements based on recurring issues
