Job Summary: A professional responsible for baking bakery products, maintaining cleanliness of the department and equipment, and assisting in product control and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement in the production and organization of bakery products. 2. Responsibility for hygiene and maintenance of the department. 3. Operational support and customer service. 1. Bake bakery products daily according to their specified time and temperature requirements outlined in technical sheets and in quantities determined by the Team Leader; 2. Stock bakery product shelves; 3. Be responsible daily for maintaining cleanliness of ovens and bakery product shelves; 4. Assist in verifying and controlling the expiration dates of bakery products; 5. Provide operational support as requested by the Team Leader; 6. Use of PPE; 7. Compliance with 5S processes; 8. Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of the department, as well as of equipment, machinery, and utensils within the department. 9.
