Assistance in procurement, inventory, finance, or HR processes Concreteira is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Caruaru. **Responsibilities:** Provide assistance with the unit’s administrative activities, including organizing documents, files, and records. Attend to internal and external customers both in person and via telephone and digital channels. Provide support in entering and updating information in spreadsheets and internal systems. Manage documents, protocols, correspondence, and courier packages for the unit. Assist in procurement, inventory management, finance, or human resources processes as directed by leadership. Support the preparation of reports, performance indicators, and administrative controls for the unit. Organize the workplace, ensuring bulletin boards, notices, and internal communications are up to date. This position is based in Caruaru / PE. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position.
