Join our team!** **Responsibilities of the Occupational Safety Technical Assistant:** * Support the Occupational Safety Technician in the department's administrative routines. * Schedule **ASOs (Pre-employment, Periodic, Job Function Change, Return-to-Work, and Termination)** with accredited clinics. * Monitor expiration dates of periodic medical examinations to ensure compliance with legal deadlines. * Receive, verify, and organize medical certificates, entering them appropriately into systems and control spreadsheets. * Update and maintain spreadsheets tracking occupational medical examinations, absences, and occupational health indicators. * Enter and update information in internal systems (ERP, OSH system, or eSocial). * Organize and archive physical and digital documents related to Occupational Safety and Medicine. * Assist in preparing management reports and area-specific indicators. * Help manage mandatory documents (PPRA/PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, among others). * Contact employees to provide guidance regarding medical examinations, documentation, and deadlines. * Support onboarding-related requests for new employees (OSH documentation). * Track and record delivery and registration of documents related to the department. * **What we offer:** **Location: Recife/PE** * **Salary: R$1.938,29** * **Employment Type: CLT** **- Working Hours: 08:00 - 12:00 / 13:00 - 18:00 (Mon to Thu) / Fri 08:00 - 17:00** * **Meal Allowance** * **Transportation Allowance** * Join us and become part of a passionate and committed team where you can develop your potential and achieve great accomplishments!
