Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** A consortium formed by ACCIONA and BRK is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join its Sanitation Project in Pernambuco, with operations in Recife, Pernambuco.**Job Description** **Mission** Responsible for the operational, budgetary, and infrastructure management of facilities, ensuring full unit functionality, efficiency of outsourced contracts, and implementation of structural improvements aligned with business needs. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the area's budget, tracking expenses and forecasts, and ensuring efficient use of resources; * Manage third-party contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs, service quality, and contractual obligations; * Coordinate facility operations, guaranteeing proper unit functionality through planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance; * Manage facility infrastructure, leading renovation, expansion, and adaptation projects according to operational requirements; * Interface with suppliers and internal departments, ensuring alignment and agility in resolving requests; * Monitor operational performance indicators and propose continuous improvements. **Candidate Requirements** Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree; * Prior experience of 3–5 years in team management; * Prior experience in operations, contracts, and/or infrastructure management; * Knowledge of budgetary control; * Negotiation and supplier management skills; * Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
