




Job Summary: The Textile Factory Manager plans, coordinates, and supervises production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and resource optimization, managing teams and industrial processes. Continuous improvement of production processes The Textile Factory Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all production operations at the manufacturing unit, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, on-time delivery, and resource optimization. This role oversees production, maintenance, and support teams, ensuring industrial processes comply with technical standards, occupational safety regulations, and the company’s strategic goals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and manage textile factory production activities, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, and deadline targets. * Supervise cutting, sewing, finishing, quality control, and shipping processes. * Manage operational teams and department supervisors, promoting development, training, and performance evaluation. * Monitor production performance indicators (efficiency, waste, rework, productivity, etc.). * Ensure compliance with occupational safety, quality, and sound industrial practices. * Control operational costs and propose improvements to enhance production efficiency. * Collaborate with planning, procurement, logistics, and sales departments to align production with market demands. * Implement continuous improvements in production processes to drive innovation, reduce losses, and increase competitiveness. * Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in industrial management, preferably in the textile or apparel industry. * Knowledge of production process management, production planning, and quality control. * Proficiency in team leadership and performance indicator management. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Leadership and people management * Strategic vision and results orientation * Organization and planning * Decision-making * Communication and problem-solving Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.618,00 \- R$4\.924,90 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
